  I have attended Mass here at times, for I belong to Sheil Catholic Center in Evanston, but I live in Mount Prospect. St. Mary's is always welcoming and warm. No put on here, just pleasant clergy and nice people all around.
  When l lived in Des Plaines many decades ago, I finally ended up at Saint Mary's out of all the Des Plaines churches.

  I haven't been here in a while so I decided to stop by. Jesus is still in a cupboard. I can understand the liberal thinking of God not wanting anything ornate or gold, but Ggod created the gold, silver and the ability for us to glorify him through our artistic ability, so get a tabernacle my peeps. Catholicism first.
